The Office of the Registrar provides a wide range of non-academic student support services, helping students to navigate their program of study from the point of admissions all the way through to graduation.
Our team of administrative professionals are committed to providing timely and accurate information and services to students. We are responsible for administering many of the institution’s administrative policies and procedures, and strive to do so while upholding to a high standard of care, compassion, and fairness for all students.
Claudia is a member of our Student Records team, responsible for student file documents, information updates, document validation, etc.
As Student Records Clerk, Claudia works with physical and digital student files and records, ensuring secure retention of records including admission documents, transcripts, test scores, and other confidential student documents. She also supports the Student Records team in the fulfilment of orders for an official transcript.
Debora is a senior member of our Student Records team in the Office of the Registrar. She completed her undergraduate studies at Simon Fraser University focusing on English and World Literature. Debora contributes experience in customer service and event coordination to our team. She most enjoys supporting students by meeting with students to preliminarily confirm graduation eligibility or helping students with any of their document inquiries.
As a Senior Officer specializing in Student Records, Debora supports students with student records inquiries including questions about grades and academic standing, transcripts and letters, privacy and access to records, personal information and changes to personal information, program changes, etc. Behind the scenes Debora takes a leading role in student Records initiatives, training team members, running workshops for students, and making sure that our Records services are functioning optimally.
Eva is a senior member of our Admissions team in the Office of the Registrar. She completed her undergraduate studies at SFU focusing on Sociology and Anthropology. Eva contributes experience in test centre services to our team. She most enjoys supporting students by helping to problem-solve and contributing positive interactions throughout a student’s educational experience.
As a Senior Officer specializing in Admissions, Eva supports students and staff with all forms of inquiry related to admissions processing and requirements, placement testing and financial aid. Behind the scenes Eva takes a leading role in Admissions initiatives, training team members, running workshops for students, and making sure that our Application services and processes are functioning optimally.
Henna Harpreet is a member of our Course Registration team in the Office of the Registrar.
As Course Registration Assistant, Lawson provides direct support to students with all inquiries related to course registration, and provides in-person assistance at the Registrar and Enrolment Services counter, as well as by phone and email.

Joanne Lisa is a member of our Course Registration team in the Office of the Registrar. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of British Columbia focusing on Psychology and Sociology.
As an Officer specializing in Course Registration, Joanne provides support to students with all forms of inquiry related to course registration systems and policies, coordinates student appeals, and more. She also provides in-person assistance at the Registrar and Enrolment Services counter, as well as by phone and email. Behind the scenes, Joanne supports the Course Registration team with course changes and cancellations, notices to students, and special projects.

Lauren contributes experience in editing, writing and running student-oriented events to our team. Le Hai Phuong (Phoenix) is a member of our Student Records team in the Office of the Registrar. She completed her undergraduate studies at Fairleigh Dickinson University focusing on Hospitality and Tourism.
As an Officer specializing in Admissions, Phoenix supports students and staff with all forms of inquiry related to admissions processing and requirements, placement testing and financial aid. Behind the scenes Phoenix is busy evaluating new applications for admission from around the world, invigilating placement tests, running workshops for students, and more.
