Introducing Three New Associate Degree Concentrations!

Alexander College is committed to programming that is responsive to labour market demands and the interests of our student body. We are thrilled to announce three new Associate Degree concentrations, open today for admission:


Associate of Arts (Mathematics)

The Associate of Arts (Mathematics) Degree program consists of 60 credits and is typically completed over a 2-year period.

The Associate of Arts (Mathematics) degree is a specialized program focusing on the use of analytical, qualitative, quantitative, and conceptual techniques in Mathematics. While there is a clear focus on Mathematics, the program also allows students to explore subjects of interest within the humanities and social sciences as well as science electives.

Associate of Science (Mathematics)

The Associate of Science (Mathematics) Degree program consists of 60 credits and is typically completed over a 2-year period.

The Associate of Science (Mathematics) degree is a specialized program focusing on the use of analytical, qualitative, quantitative, and conceptual techniques in Mathematics. While there is a clear focus on Mathematics, the program also allows students to explore different fields such as Computer Science as well as arts electives.

Associate of Science (Computer Science)

The Associate of Science (Computer Science) Degree program consists of 60 credits and is typically completed over a 2-year period.

The Associate of Science (Computer Science) degree is a specialized program focusing on the use of analytical, qualitative, quantitative, and conceptual techniques in Computer Science. While there is a clear focus on Computer Science, the program also allows students to improve their numerical, analytical, and lab skills by incorporating electives, arts, and science in breadth requirements.

All three of these new program concentrations are now open to accept new applications for admission, and program change requests from continuing students.
