Alexander College is pleased to offer three new courses for the upcoming Fall 2023 term:
ANTH 160 – Indigenous Peoples of Canada
GSWS 100 – Introduction to Women’s and Gender Studies
HIST 200 – Histories of of Indigenous-Settler Relations in Canada
These three courses are part of Alexander College’s ongoing commitment to truth and reconciliation and to promoting equity, diversity and inclusion. Students selecting these courses can look forward to thought provoking learning about our past, as well as reflective dialogue about how our past has shaped our present. GSWS 100 is the first course in a new subject area which Alexander College intends to grow, Gender and Women’s Studies (GSWS).
