December Library Events

Printing Services Survey

From Dec.3 to Dec.8, the library will be having a survey about our printing services that all students may take. If you use the printers at the Alexander College Library often, this is good opportunity let us know what you thinking about our printing services. All students that take the survey may win up to $25 worth of gift card prizes!

Food for Fines

The library will also be having a Food for Fines event. If you have outstanding late fees with the library, this is a great way to pay for them and to help the less fortunate at the same time. If you plan on donating food, please make sure that it is non-perishable. Some examples of non-perishable foods are canned foods, dried goods, grains, chips, peanut butter, syrup, and honey. For each food item you donate, you will get $4 off your late fines!

Stress Free Zone

Stress Free Zone returns to the library! During exam week, there will be a station set up at the library full of snacks, colouring books, and games for students to use while taking a break in their studies. Remember that taking regular breaks while studying can improve your focus and attention, so take a break at the Stress Free Zone!
