The Fall 2020 Convocation and Awards Ceremonies took place virtually on Friday, October 30th, 2020.

Note: All Graduates who were a part of the Virtual Ceremony will be invited back to an in-person ceremony when it is safe to do so.
Convocation is an exciting moment to mark the achievements of our graduates. To make your attendance go smoothly, please read the details below.
All students who successfully complete a degree program at Alexander College are eligible to participate in the Convocation Ceremony. Typically held twice per academic year in the Spring and Fall, the Convocation Ceremony is an opportunity for graduates to share the celebration of their accomplishment with peers, family, and friends.
Students who have been approved for Graduation by the Associate Registrar will receive an invitation to the upcoming ceremony. Students are expected to confirm their attendance at least three weeks in advance by responding to the email invitation. If you have been approved for graduation but have not received an invitation, please contact the Student Success Services Officer at studentservices@alexandercollege.ca.
Students who are not able to attend their ceremony will be able to defer their ceremony one time only. Plan ahead with your families and employers so that you are able to attend your ceremony as scheduled.
Honour Roll, Dean’s List and Scholarship recipients are also celebrated at our Convocation ceremonies.
Selection to the Honour Roll is based upon achievement of a 3.50 to 3.99 GPA after completion of a minimum of 12 credits in the term being evaluated.
Selection to the Dean’s List is based upon achievement of a 4.00 or higher GPA after completion of a minimum of 12 credits in the term being evaluated.

Award recipients will be contacted with an email invitation to the ceremony. Students are expected to confirm their attendance at least three weeks in advance of the ceremony.

Please note, the following form is only for students who have met with an academic advisor and have been approved for graduation from the Registrar. You must be approved for graduation before you can confirm your attendance to the Convocation Ceremony.
