Alexander College students have expectations of the school that are not always met to their satisfaction, or sometimes notice areas where the college could strive for improvement. When this occurs, students have a responsibility to let the college know when they have identified these opportunities for the College’s development. Similarly, the College maintains an obligation to respond to student Complaints that are received through official channels.
The Office of Student Affairs provides students with this outlet for expressing these concerns, for investigating on their behalf the legitimacy of these Complaints, for advocating for students and for seeking resolutions to help improve the student experience and the school overall. Complaints can cover anything to do with the college, including processes, facilities or interactions with staff or faculty.
Like with other advocacy processes, students may pick up a form at the front desk of either campus and then submit this to the academic process coordinator. You will be contacted shortly thereafter for an appointment if necessary to discuss what the outcome of the complaint will be.
