The Recruitment Associate is responsible for responding to inquiries from prospective students, providing guidance to help individuals clarify their education goals, and recommending suitable programs to support those goals. The primary objective of this role is to promote the College’s programs effectively and to meet or exceed enrolment targets. The Associate also motivates students to support their success in the program and handles related administrative and reporting responsibilities.

$50,000-$70,000 (based on experience)
The Employee will work during regular business hours, Monday to Friday for 37.5 hours per week (not including a 30-minute unpaid meal break per day). Flexibility will be required. Occasional evening and weekend shifts may be required.
The Burnaby and Vancouver Campus. Flexibility to travel between and work at both campuses may be required.
Invigilate course examinations while showing reasonable flexibility with respect to scheduling during each semester’s examination period.
