The role of the Recruitment Officer will be to guide Alexander College Corp’s marketing efforts in the countries that are assigned. The Recruitment Officer will work with the Marketing team to enter new markets and maintain current markets for enrolment purposes. The Recruitment Officer will represent the College by conducting presentations, providing advice to prospective students and agency partners with respect to academic programs, admission procedures, and registration procedures, and imparting knowledge of the resources, facilities, and opportunities available to students at Alexander College. The nature of the position requires the ideal candidate to possess a passion for working with students in a post-secondary context.
Reports to a Marketing Manager
Permanent, Full-Time
$60,000-$80,000 (based on experience)
The Employee will work during regular business hours, Monday to Friday for 37.5 hours per week (not including a 30-minute unpaid meal break per day). Flexibility will be required. Occasional evening and weekend shifts may be required
The Burnaby and Vancouver Campus. Flexibility to travel between and work at both campuses will be required.

International Business Trips: This position will occasionally travel internationally and will be responsible for providing any personal travel documents that they may require, including a passport.
Teamwork: Recruitment Officers will work with the Marketing and Enrolment Team.
Enrolment Requirement: Recruitment Officers may have an annual enrolment quota and/or target set out by the VP of Operations.
