Sales Representative

Position Overview

We are seeking an energetic and sales-driven professional to join our Student Recruitment Team as a Sales Representative. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on hitting outreach targets, making meaningful connections over the phone, and converting leads into student enrollments. Your primary focus will be cold calling, outbound sales, and lead generation, while building a solid network of prospects and education partners.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Outreach

  • Conduct high-volume cold calls to prospective students and educational agents.
  • Send follow-up emails and manage outbound communication to drive inquiries and conversions.
  • Execute daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities in line with team goals.

Lead Generation & Conversion

  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads, identify sales opportunities, and nurture them through the admissions funnel.
  • Present program offerings in a persuasive and personalized manner over phone/video/email.
  • Track and report on conversion metrics, consistently aiming to exceed sales KPIs.

Relationship Building

  • Establish strong working relationships with domestic and international education agents.
  • Maintain excellent customer service with a student-first mindset.
  • Represent the college at recruitment events and fairs (occasionally off-site or after hours).

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Coordinate with Marketing and Admissions teams to align messaging and campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in sales, marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years in a sales, cold calling, or outbound outreach role.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed performance targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Highly self-motivated, organized, and resilient under pressure.
  • Multilingual abilities (e.g., Mandarin, Hindi, Korean, Spanish) are an asset.
