The Academic Writing Specialist will provide academic writing and academic skills support to students for a variety of subjects at the College. This will include helping students improve their writing and running workshops for a variety of academic skills. The Academic Writing Specialist will also collaborate with the team on creating and improving academic resources for students.
Reports to the Writing and Learning Centre Manager and the Associate Dean of Arts and Faculty Support
Full-Time, Temporary (approximately 35-40 hours per week), Winter Term (semester) contract, with the possibility of new contracts in subsequent terms
$24.53 per hour
Winter 2025 term
Monday – Friday approximately between 35-40 hours a week
Burnaby and Vancouver Campus, flexibility to travel between campuses may be required
