WriteAway

In addition to our one-on-one appointments on campus and online, students can access WriteAway.

WriteAway is an online tutoring service that supports students by providing personalized feedback on their writing. Students can also get resources and strategies to improve their writing from qualified tutors at post-secondary institutions across the province.

Alexander College students can submit their work 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, to WriteAway online and expect feedback within 48 hours (periods of high usage may result in longer turnaround times). Accessing WriteAway is easy. Visit writeaway.ca/connect and select Alexander College to submit your work.

The WriteAway project was initiated by the Council of Senior Student Affairs Leaders in BC (CSSAL), and was developed in cooperation with BCcampus, the BC Electronic Library Network (BC ELN), and Irving K. Barber Learning Centre, University of British Columbia.

We are grateful to have the opportunity to work in this territory.
