Alexander College Vancouver Campus Opening September 25, 2023

Written by Alexander College in School News on August 21, 2023

As we welcome new and returning students to Alexander College in the Fall 2023 term, we have some exciting campus news to share! Alexander College will be opening the downtown Vancouver campus (located at 100- 602 West Hastings, Vancouver, BC V6B 1P2) for classes this Fall term. On the Semester Schedule this campus is noted as Vancouver (ACV).

The Vancouver campus is located in downtown Vancouver, central to vibrant shopping, restaurants and various activities. It is easily accessible by public transit with a 3 minute walk from the Waterfront Skytrain station, and also with many parkades nearby for those who drive. There are opportunities to relax and enjoy downtown public spaces in nearby parks and along the waterfront harbour.

The Vancouver (ACV) campus facilities will be closed for the first 3 weeks of the term for campus preparations, and so students registered in classes at Vancouver campus will take those ACV classes online, on Zoom, for the first 3 weeks of the term (Sept 5-Sept 23). Please note there is no access to Vancouver campus during the first 3 weeks of the Fall term.

On Monday September 25, the Vancouver campus will open to all students for ACV classes in-person. Starting this date, all students registered for ACV classes are expected to attend class in their designated classroom. These classes will not be available over Zoom starting September 25.

For information on getting to Vancouver campus and hours of operation, please visit our Contact us page. If you have questions regarding the campus and attending your classes, or any other inquiry, please call the Student Information line at 604-435-5815 and a staff member will be glad to assist you!
