The Office of Student Rights and Responsibilities at Alexander College is designed to uphold and enforce the various policies and processes in place at the College as they relate to students.
This means, in broad terms, assisting students encountering a barrier to their studies by reviewing exceptional circumstances at the level of the individual – this may arise in terms of appeals, accommodations, accessibility, complaints, and various other student interactions across departments within Alexander.
In upholding policy, Student Rights and Responsibilities is also the touchstone for student conduct, both behavioural and Academic, and coordinates, when necessary, for suspensions and expulsions is managed through the Office of Student Support.

Burnaby campus: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm.
Vancouver campus: please contact the ACV campus in advance to confirm SRR’s availability, their presence there is limited.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before closing. Hours may vary depending on SRR availability and are subject to change based on in-person working hours.
Frequently asked general questions can be answered in person at the Burnaby campus, Front Desk Station 2 “SRR”. For private or sensitive cases, we recommend booking an appointment to meet with us via Teams app or in person.
