Writing in College assists well-prepared high school students as they transition to college writing. Writing and Literature connects students with works and exercises and promotes student learning that is timely and constructive. Boundless Writing covers various chapters on writing from Writing Effective Paragraphs and Overview of English Grammar: Punctuation and Mechanics.Assignments written for English courses use the Modern Language Association (or MLA) rules for formatting. MLA handbooks are available for your reference in the library or at the Writing and Learning Centre. Online WLC guides can be found here. You can also book an appointment with the Writing and Learning Center for workshops and one-on-one learning help.
