Exam Viewing

The Library endeavours to retrieve your exam in a timely manner. During busy periods, there may be delays. Students can typically expect to view their exam within approximately 1–7 days after the request is received.

If the Library needs to contact you, communication will be sent to your Alexander College email address.

How to Request Exam Viewing

To request to view your exam, please email srr@alexandercollege.ca and include the following information:

  • Full Legal Name
  • Student ID
  • Phone Number
  • Alexander College Email Address
  • Course Name and Section (e.g. COMM 291AV)
  • Semester (e.g. Spring 2026)
  • Instructor Name
  • Exam Date
  • Exam Type (e.g. Midterm, Final)
  • Exam Format (Online or In Person)

Important Guidelines

  • Present your original student ID when arriving at the Library.
  • No bags, backpacks, or personal belongings are permitted.
  • Electronic devices must remain stored and out of sight.
  • You may request paper and writing materials if you plan to appeal a grade.
  • All notes must be left with library staff for review.
  • Only the student who wrote the exam may view it.
  • Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the Library closes.
  • If appealing a grade, clearly identify the specific grading concern.

Note: Incomplete or inaccurate requests may result in processing delays.
