Academic Alert Evidence Viewing

Students who have received standard academic alerts can request to book an in-person appointment with the Academic Integrity Officer to view the evidence filed for their academic alerts. Students can expect to view the Academic Alert evidence within approximately 1-7 business days of their application being received.

The purpose of the viewing process is to help students understand why they have received an academic alert and what the next steps are. The Academic Alert viewing process is not a pathway for students to have their academic alert removed.

The Academic Integrity Officer will set up a meeting with students using the email address and/or the phone number provided in the Academic Alert Evidence Viewing Request Form.

When viewing the Academic Alert Evidence, students should:

  • Present student ID to the Academic Integrity Officer
  • Arrive no later than 5 minutes into the appointment

We are grateful to have the opportunity to work in this territory.
